These Terms + Conditions apply to your use of the Grounded Holistic Apothecary website and to purchases made through our online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products + Information

We do our best to describe and photograph our handcrafted products accurately. Because many Grounded products are made in small batches with naturally derived ingredients, slight variations in color, texture, scent, appearance or finish may occur and are part of the character of a handcrafted product.

Ingredient lists, directions and other product information are provided for general product education. Please review the specific product page and ingredient list before use, particularly if you have known sensitivities or allergies. Grounded products are cosmetic and body-care products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.

Orders + Payment

Prices, product availability and promotions may change without notice. Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-information errors and, when necessary, to cancel or refund an affected order.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are processed through Shopify or other payment providers made available through the store.

Shipping + Returns

Current shipping, damaged-order, return and refund guidelines are maintained on our Shipping + Returns page. Those guidelines are incorporated into these Terms + Conditions and may be updated as our store operations change.

Personal-Care Products

Individual skin sensitivities and preferences vary. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Opened or used personal-care products may be subject to return restrictions for hygiene and product-safety reasons as described in our Shipping + Returns policy.

Unless otherwise noted, the text, photographs, product names, graphics, branding and other original content on this site belong to Grounded Holistic Apothecary or are used with permission. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational purposes.
