Serene Cream incorporates magnesium into an easy-to-massage topical formula so you can apply it directly to the areas where you want focused body care. Topical magnesium is popular in evening and massage routines; however, research has not established that magnesium applied to intact skin is reliably absorbed in amounts that relieve muscle aches or correct magnesium deficiency.
