Magnesium is an essential mineral that plays an important role throughout the body, including normal muscle and nerve function. Better Butter brings magnesium into an easy-to-use topical body-care formula that can be massaged directly onto the areas where you want focused attention. Topical magnesium is popular in massage and post-activity routines; however, research has not established that magnesium applied to intact skin is reliably absorbed in amounts that relieve muscle aches or correct magnesium deficiency.

HOW TO USE

Massage a small amount into clean, dry skin over areas that feel tired, tight or overworked, such as the shoulders, neck, lower back, legs or feet. Use after activity, in the evening, or whenever you want focused massage and body care. A little goes a long way.

For external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid eyes, mucous membranes and broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.

Wintergreen caution: Contains wintergreen essential oil, a natural source of methyl salicylate. If you are allergic or sensitive to aspirin/salicylates, take blood-thinning medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have questions about whether this product is appropriate for you, consult a healthcare professional before use.
